With decades of experience in managing residential homes and recruiting staff, the directors ensure that all staff are fully schedule 2 compliant. Heycroft ensure all staff have:

– Interview conducted by a panel of minimum 2 managers which are safer recruitment trained
– 2 Full employment history with all gaps in employment explored.
– Minimum of 2 references and any references where an individual has worked with vulnerable children or adults. All references are verified including safeguarding concerns and reason for leaving.
– Identity check
– Right to work
– Health declaration
– Enhanced DBS
– Qualification Check
– Mandatory training
